Important Notice: Broadband (April 2026) & Microsoft 365 (July 2026) Price Updates

Broadband Price Changes – Effective 1st April 2026

We want to let you know about some upcoming changes to the pricing of our broadband services, effective 1st April 2026.

These adjustments are being driven by inflationary increases across the wider industry, which are affecting the operating costs of the suppliers that provide the underlying broadband infrastructure used throughout the UK. As a result, many businesses in the sector (ourselves included) are having to update pricing on certain products and services.

We want to assure you that any pricing decisions are made carefully, and only when external cost pressures make them unavoidable. We understand how important predictable costs are for businesses and will continue to support you throughout these changes. Supplier‑driven increases such as these are being passed through across the entire industry.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss how these updates affect your services, please feel free to contact us.

Microsoft 365 Pricing Changes – Effective 1 July 2026

We’d like to make you aware of an upcoming change announced by Microsoft that will affect Microsoft 365 commercial and non profit subscriptions.

Microsoft has confirmed that pricing for Microsoft 365 suite subscriptions will change from 1 July 2026. These updates will apply globally (with local market adjustments) and will affect all new subscriptions and renewals from this date onwards.

Why is pricing changing?

Microsoft has advised that the updated pricing reflects the additional value being introduced to Microsoft 365 throughout 2026, including:

  • Expanded AI capabilities within Microsoft 365 apps
  • Enhanced built in security features
  • Additional management and compliance tools

You can read Microsoft’s full announcement here.

What happens next?

  • Your current pricing will remain unchanged until your next renewal.
  • Any renewals or new subscriptions from 1 July 2026 will reflect Microsoft’s updated pricing.
  • The impact will vary depending on the licenses you currently hold.

UK specific pricing will be confirmed and shared with us at least 30 days before 1 July 2026. We’ll issue a follow up update once we have the confirmed figures.

As your Microsoft partner, we’re here to review your licensing, help you plan ahead, and ensure you’re getting the best value from your Microsoft 365 services.

If you’d like to discuss how this may affect your organisation, feel free to get in touch.
