We want to let you know about some upcoming changes to the pricing of our broadband services, effective 1st April 2026.
These adjustments are being driven by inflationary increases across the wider industry, which are affecting the operating costs of the suppliers that provide the underlying broadband infrastructure used throughout the UK. As a result, many businesses in the sector (ourselves included) are having to update pricing on certain products and services.
We want to assure you that any pricing decisions are made carefully, and only when external cost pressures make them unavoidable. We understand how important predictable costs are for businesses and will continue to support you throughout these changes. Supplier‑driven increases such as these are being passed through across the entire industry.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss how these updates affect your services, please feel free to contact us.
