Technical engineer (Within GHS UK Ltd)

Due to rapid expansion of our IT company GHS UK Ltd, we are looking to recruit a Technical engineer.
 
Based predominantly at our Swindon old town offices, this new role will provide the ideal opportunity for somebody who is looking to start their career in the IT industry.

The ideal candidate will be customer focused, interacting with our customers daily as they:

• Log support calls and attempting to resolve at first contact
• Raise IT quotes
• Raise invoices
• Purchasing IT hardware and software
• Carry out in house computer repairs
• Make deliveries
• Take messages
• Check daily server reports and flag potential problems

We are also looking to train the ideal candidate in all aspects of the job role, and further training will be available to obtain Microsoft accreditations.
